Top Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a Cyber Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Vulnerability Management position or similar is preferred.
• SIEM tool experience (Splunk, Cortex, QRadar, etc.). Experience with alert monitoring, incident response, and other SIEM tasks.
• Vulnerability management experience (Rapid7, Tenable, etc.)
• Nice to Have – IT compliance or audit experience (PCI DSS, SOC2, etc.)

Description

Tool Management and Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain cybersecurity tools and software.
• Ensure tools are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure tool availability and performance.

Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor security tools and systems for alerts and anomalies.
• Assist in the investigation and analysis of security incidents and events.
• Generate and review security reports from various tools to identify potential threats.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level support for cybersecurity tool-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security tools and systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document configurations, processes, and procedures for cybersecurity tools.
• Maintain accurate records of tool configurations and changes.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and audit purposes.

Security Awareness and Training:

• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Assist in conducting security awareness training for employees.

Comply with all established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above.

• $90000.00 – $100000.00/yr.
