Warehouse Manager
This key team member is responsible for the safe & efficient oversight of all consumable material & contents within the warehouse facility. An expert understanding of workflow, proper packaging & handling techniques, and iCat inventory management is a must. You will routinely collaborate with PM’s to coordinate content receiving, Pack Back scheduling, etc. Your direct report will be the General Manager & Owner.
Required Resources
- Reliable transportation to/from our facility with a valid US driver’s license
- Insurable driving record
- Non‑felony record of acts of theft, violence, drug distribution, sexual assault, and other criminal conventions within the last 10 years
Trained to Excel in
- Loading/unloading of fleet vehicles & storage vaults to support the pack‑out and pack‑back production teams
- iCat Contents Inventory Software System
- Safe & efficient operation of pallet jacks, motorized forklifts & fleet vehicles including box trucks
- Preparation of the pack‑back inventory list and confirmation of loading of all contents on the inventory list
- Daily audits of iCat files with Lead Content Techs to ensure accurate naming, status, and locations
- Maintenance of dumpster and dock doors keeping them clean, organized, and safe
- Audit, train & perform proper packaging & handling of contents to prevent damage during transport, processing, and storage
- Following established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe & clean warehouse environment
- Organize, audit, and maintain adequate inventory of PPE, small tools, and packaging material
- Audit, correct, and generate SOL Reports at the direction of PM’s request
- Oversight of Warehouse Technicians and general laborers assigned to meet daily production needs
- Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections to keep assets in a safe, clean, & serviceable condition
- Assembly of vaults & fabrication of custom crates as needed
- Delivery/staging of ‘to be cleaned’ contents via vault to the Restorative Cleaning area for daily production
- Receipt of material deliveries by unloading and auditing shipping manifests prior to signing off on material receipt
Job Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to clearly and confidently communicate
- Ability to frequently manipulate or lift items of 50‑75 lbs
- Ability to follow direction
- Aptitude to maintain equipment used in daily tasks
- Aptitude to efficiently learn technologies such as iPad, iCat Software & Google Suite
- Aptitude to safely & efficiently operate specialized equipment, machinery and vehicles
- Availability to work overtime hours as needed to support the production teams during periods of high volume
- Routinely demonstrate customer service skills aligned with company values of honesty, empathy & stewardship
- Maintain a positive team‑building attitude in the work environment
- Maintain a good attendance record with infrequent tardies
Pay and Benefits
- Base hourly rate of $25.00 – $30.00 with overtime opportunities
