IT Support Specialist
provides hands-on technical support, manages user access and hardware, and ensures a secure, reliable IT environment. This role supports employees across multiple office locations.
This position requires being onsite.
Key Responsibilities End-User Support Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across office locations Conduct IT onboarding for new hires Troubleshoot Windows device issues and MS 365 Systems Administration Administer user accounts, access, and policies across core business systems Support system enhancements, integrations, and rollout Hardware & Asset Management Own end-to-end laptop lifecycle: ordering, imaging, configuration, shipping, and returns Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory Support hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements Security & Compliance Manage device security and compliance Enforce security standards: MFA, compliance automations Assist with security audits
Requirements 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience Bachelors degree in IT engineering or related field Microsoft support skills Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work onsite 4x/week
