Job at a Glance

Fulfillment Center Specialist at our brand-new, 100,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center. Multiple overnight stocking positions available.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock merchandise to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet nightly stocking goals.
• Use handheld scanners and smartphones to track items.

Qualifications

• Reliable, enthusiastic team player eager to help when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Experience operating forklifts and willingness to be certified on an order picker.
• Physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Will work Monday–Thursday nights, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM.
• Bonus points for prior warehouse or stocking experience.

Pay

Hourly range: $19.00 – $21.50 (based on qualifications, experience, equipment, shift, and location). Encompass is a pay-for-performance company with production bonuses for some roles.
