About the Role An early-stage VC firm (similar to those in our network) is hiring an

Analyst

to support deal sourcing, founder engagement, due diligence, portfolio support, and thesis development.

You’ll work closely with partners, founders, and operators in one of the most exciting environments in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Source new startups and run founder discovery calls

Support due diligence on product, traction, competition, and financials

Help develop market theses and investment hypotheses

Attend demo days, founder events, and ecosystem gatherings

Build financial models for early-stage companies

Track portfolio KPIs and create reporting dashboards

Support fundraising, LP relations, and IC prep

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline if analytical)

Strong interest in startups, tech, and product

Experience in IB, consulting, VC internships, PM, or founder experience is ideal

Excellent communication and storytelling abilityAnalytical and curious, with a founder-friendly mindset
