We are seeking an experienced
HR Recruiter
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from collaborating with managers to develop job descriptions to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing all phases of hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed & accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with interview process, attending and conducting interview with managers, directors and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Must be able to successfully obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferred.
At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process.
