Property Overview Located in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42‑story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and three food and beverage outlets (a three‑meal restaurant, bar, and in‑room dining).
Job Description As an Engineer, you will maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility and support outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your duties include:
Maintain the functionality and safety of the facility—including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
