About The Role

This is a fully remote job with a global scope. You’ll manage daily tasks, organise travel, assist with personal and business matters, and help create smooth and high‑quality experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the right hand to a high‑profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests with full autonomy.
  • Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries, curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations.
  • Deliver VIP‑level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high‑touch experiences.
  • Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail – the venue, the timing, the ambience – is impeccably executed.
  • Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teams across multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem.
  • Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of PA experience within a UHNWI environment or private family office.
  • Fluency in English and Russian – spoken and written – is essential.
  • Demonstrated independence and the ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, high‑stakes situations.
  • Extensive experience in luxury travel, concierge services, and VIP support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to plan proactively.
  • A flexible, proactive, can‑do attitude, capable of managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong, verifiable references available upon request.
