Location: Bullhead City, AZ
Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing timeframe 90-120)
End Date: Ongoing
Need a CRNA for 3 - 4 weeks, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Cases: Cardiac, Ortho, Vascular, Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
Requirements:
Active Arizona CRNA license
Board Certified
