What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls, chats, emails, and SMS communication from RCI members
Assist members in booking various travel aspects, including hotels and car rentals, while selling vacation products and services
Participate in a 6‑week comprehensive training program
Maintain a flexible schedule, transitioning to evening hours and weekend work after training
Ensure a quiet and distraction‑free workplace for effective remote work
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must possess strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
Intermediate computer skills, including internet navigation
Previous call center and sales experience preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of travel industry trends and products
Experience working in a remote setting
