What is Required (Qualifications):
4+ years of progressive experience in a research, analysis, operations, or project management role, ideally within public policy or government affairs
Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience managing budgets and contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on developing professional reports and briefing materials
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working within regulatory affairs or legal programs
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
High degree of self‑motivation and proactivity in a fast‑paced environment
