What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy and urgency
Manage daily funding activities, including ACH testing, positive pay exceptions, and invoice processing
Generate and review reports to maintain funding accuracy and provide insights on treasury and lending data
Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards to support modernization initiatives
Work independently to set priorities and influence department policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysisStrong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan-funding platforms
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Experience in collaborating across departments and adaptability to shifting workloads
