What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-oriented role
Ability to obtain a MI Gaming License and pass a pre-employment background check
Responsible, dedicated, and dependable work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a live presentation or entertainment role
Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to dynamic environments
Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
