Position Overview
This WIS Team provides inventory solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery and specialty customers across the nation. You will scan the barcodes for the current inventory at Customer locations to provide them with proper inventory information that will assist them in making better business decisions and better supporting their customers! Essential Responsibilities
Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred
Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
