Service Technician (Levels I, II, III)

$19.00/hr – $46.00/hr (based on skill and experience) Benefits & Perks

Coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of rental equipment. Process customer orders received from sales or branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. Deliver outstanding customer experiences to foster repeat business. Install and connect heating equipment to natural gas or propane sources and set up flexible ductwork. Utilize appropriate PPE and fall protection at all times. Perform initial equipment startup, service repairs, and retrieve equipment after rental completion. Conduct equipment reconditioning per work instructions and document returned items for storage. Higher‑level technicians clean, troubleshoot, and repair air‑cooled chillers and large‑tonnage HVAC equipment, diagnose refrigerant circuit issues, and support installations. Qualifications & Experience
Experience 0-5 years; 2‑year HVAC or Universal Refrigeration Certificate preferred for higher levels. High school diploma or GED required. Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software an advantage. Must pass DOT physical, drug test, background check. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. safely. Strong customer service aptitude, communication skills, and mechanical knowledge. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Work Schedule
May require rotating on‑call schedule; available evenings, weekends, holidays during peak seasons. Travel may be necessary. Overtime and double‑time pay rates apply for applicable hours worked. Location:
