Quality Inspector

Responsibilities
Adhere to general work requirements in coordination with quality leadership.
Conduct weighing procedures in accordance with manufacturer recommended practices.
Obtain and complete aircraft arrival documentation upon arrival.
Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs (CAMPS, AVTRAC).
Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools and equipment.
Inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for evidence of physical damage, count, and conformity.
Document all work packages, records of arrival, maintenance, and corrective actions accurately.
Research aircraft drawings and technical data (REO, ENICO, EO. DCN).
Perform walk‑around inspection for release from maintenance.
Return aircraft to service ensuring all airworthiness requirements are met.
Provide data to customers as requested.
Qualifications
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of corporate/commercial jet experience.
Basic set of hand tools for inventory & control.
Proficiency with measuring and basic hand tools for test equipment.
Interpret & process regulatory documents (FAA, CAA, ADs, SBs, TCDS).
Knowledge of return‑to‑service procedures.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees in qualification areas.
