About the role As a Nuclear Operations Supervisor, you will oversee our team members and projects focusing on operations and procedures for the new fleet of AP1000, AP300 and eVinci. This team is composed of employees located in the USA and Europe. You will report to the Senior Manager, Engineer - Nuclear Operations. 100% Remote Role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the performance of the procedure development team. Oversee the execution of related projects, ensuring you meet safety, quality, schedule and cost goals. Respond to emergent issues and elevate problems.

Manage resources and project assignments to meet the workload demand. Identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment efforts. Facilitate the smooth onboarding and integration of new team members.

Lead the professional development of team members, including defining goals, monitoring assigned tasks, providing real‑time feedback and development, and performance evaluations.

Assign appropriate training curricula to team members and ensure completion. Improve onboarding programs.

Foster a positive work environment consistent with the attributes of a Servant Leader.

Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the team and partners to secure them. Influence customers and industry bodies (like the PWROG) to position Westinghouse products and services advantageously.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

We prefer candidates who are licensed as Senior Reactor Operator or qualified as Senior Reactor Operators.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
