Job Description
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds / curb appeal free of debris
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available
