Viajemos solas pero en Grupo is seeking a highly organized Group Travel Coordinator to manage complex group bookings in a remote environment.

We specialize in maximizing clients' travel investment by planning everything from luxury incentives and destination weddings to large budget‑conscious group tours.
Role Summary As Group Travel Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex group bookings, coordinating logistics, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring clear communication between group leaders, travelers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Group logistics management: handle room blocks, flight manifests, contracted dining, and private transfers for groups ranging from 10 to 100+ travelers.
Vendor and contract negotiation: communicate directly with hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and ground operators to secure optimal group rates, contracts, and concessions.
Financial oversight: monitor payment schedules, manage room attrition deadlines, track commission statements, and process payments accurately within deadlines.
Client relationship support: act as the primary liaison between group leaders and suppliers, providing professional updates and handling individual traveler inquiries.
Documentation and compliance: organize and maintain all group files, contracts, passenger details, and insurance documents, ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in contract review, negotiation, and financial management related to group blocks.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in travel booking software (GDS experience is a plus) and advanced skills in G Suite (Sheets/Excel) for tracking manifests and payments.
Strong communication skills, assertive and professional, suitable for a fast‑paced, remote environment.
