Expectations For Success

Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.

Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.

Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

Who You Are

You are a driven, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results‑oriented environment. You're excited by the challenge of uncovering new opportunities, building relationships, and creating meaningful solutions for clients.

You bring 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.

You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders.

You think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions‑first mindset.

You’re confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision.

You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture.

You’re comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance.

You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed).

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart.

$67,400- $74,700 Base Salary

Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1,875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
