Responsibilities
Offer remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support cases in our CRM
Educate clients on product features to enhance their understanding and usage
Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries and share knowledge
Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements
Participate in training programs to stay current with product developments and best practices
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer satisfaction
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
Desire to experience living and working in Greece
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
