What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the pricing strategy for Card payment products worldwide, defining pricing principles and operationalizing decisions

Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build observability into pricing, margins, and revenue realization

Conduct competitive analysis and regular pricing audits to inform pricing recommendations

Work closely with various stakeholders to drive execution on product and pricing initiatives

Act as the primary expert and point of contact for card pricing and go‑to‑market processes within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role

At least 3 years of experience in pricing

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and go‑to‑market teams in a B2B sales environment

Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and make informed decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in payments, particularly with Card Networks or banking partners

Familiarity with machine learning, data science, and SQL proficiency

Experience managing and growing platform products

Background in overseeing operational processes or managing operational teams
