Position: US User Growth Manager (Marketing) The US User Growth Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our US and Canada-based end-users (Wellhub subscribers) by developing personalized communications and tailored offers for specific clients. This role directly supports our Marketing-sourced MGR goals by analyzing data, introducing local relevance, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop content that helps users find their ideal Wellhub plan.
It requires partnering with global teams to ensure brand consistency, identify operational opportunities, and define global best practices. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, analytical, detail‑oriented, and communicates effectively while thinking strategically about continuous innovation. You will be a crucial partner in driving the future of MGR with digital marketing, applying expertise, collaboration, and innovation to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own regional strategy and MGR accountability: Lead the regional End‑User Marketing strategy, accountable for Marketing‑sourced MGR (members, subscriptions, and churn).
Develop comprehensive plans and KPIs: Build marketing plans with impact forecasts and manage key KPIs (e.g., conversion, open/click rates) across email, push, in‑app, SMS.
Strategic data leverage and prioritization: Apply advanced analytical skills and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and manage efficient campaigns across diverse markets.
Balance market demands and local relevance: Tailor campaigns to specific market needs and client enrollment rates.
Identify trends and benchmark: Highlight local trends and competitor initiatives to inform strategy.
Cross‑functional collaborations and stakeholder management: Partner with Customer Success and Wellbeing Engagement, champion the End‑User Marketing team in regional forums.
Lead global campaign execution: Serve as project manager for regional initiatives, guiding end‑to‑end execution.
Monitor and optimize performance: Track results, refine strategies, and capture learnings.
Oversee asset creation & setup: Manage marketing assets (CTA, visuals, copy) using Canva, Figma, and Structured Web; set campaign segmentation in Braze.
Ensure brand consistency: Follow marketing and Wellhub brand best practices.
Innovation and experimentation: Test innovative approaches to overcome challenges and drive growth; validate hypotheses locally.
Develop & scale best practices: Document and scale CRO best practices (CTA, templates, visuals, messaging lengths) via playbooks.

Who You Are
Reside in New York with availability to attend the office when requested.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
4‑5 years experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management (accent on B2C messaging).
Experience managing a direct report (required for future team structure).
Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to testing and optimization. Tableau experience is a plus.
Comfortable with client stakeholders and navigating challenging personalities.
Hands‑on experience with advanced CRM tools (ideally Braze or equivalent) enabling complex segmentation and dynamic content.
Proven track record in multi‑channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in‑app, push).
Proven project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills with detail orientation (tools like Asana).
Experience developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks driving continuous improvement.
Fluent English; French is a plus.

Salary is dependent on geographic location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligible for an annual bonus plan, sales incentive plan, and a performance‑based stock option program.
