who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping the team organized and the company winning. As Executive Administrator, you’ll be
at the center of communication, scheduling, operations, and financial coordination . You will work directly with the CEO every day — taking ownership of priorities, solving problems, and keeping execution aligned with the company mission. If you like having real responsibility and being the person people rely on to
get things done , this is the job for you. What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and top priorities Tracking progress on key tasks and projects so nothing slips Supporting billing, payment tracking, and document organization Organizing operations between office, shop, and job sites Handling phone calls, logistics, and quick administrative decisions Running occasional errands that keep leadership focused on business growth Creating order, systems, and clarity so the whole business runs smoother What Makes You Great at This Job

Prior work in construction, operations, logistics, or admin support Comfort using technology and improving processes Any experience with invoicing, tracking costs, or financial accuracy Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (We care more about your
