Location : Based in Spain -Covering Span and Portugal.

We’re looking for a Customer Performance Manager who combines deep industry knowledge with a consultative approach to help customers achieve their remarketing goals. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering real business impact, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to automotive customers, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
Coach clients on best remarketing practices , guiding them to optimise wholesale performance.
Deliver insights and performance reports , using data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
Support onboarding and implementation , ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices across regions.
Proactively manage accounts to drive retention and growth .
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in European remarketing / wholesale (e.g., Used Car Manager).
Understanding of retail market influences on wholesale .
Experience with inventory management systems and automotive data tools.
Strong account management and analytical skills .
Excellent communication and consultative approach.
Ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-country environment .
Bonus Points For :
Experience in used car retail.
Workshop facilitation and project management skills.
Additional language skills (English essential).
