Capability building, solutions design, AI, ML, Intelligent Operations, AIOps, MLOps, Cloud, and Go‑to‑Market strategy are required.

Responsibilities
Lead AI‑Driven Service Strategy and embed intelligent operations across the service portfolio.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to design, package, and market new high‑impact consulting and managed service offerings.
Develop and execute end‑to‑end Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies for AI/ML service offerings.
Create and manage a scalable sales enablement program, equipping teams with collateral, training, and tools.
Lead the development and curation of the practice’s Intellectual Property (IP) including code accelerators, standardized SOWs, and delivery frameworks.
Identify, select, and manage the AI partner ecosystem for embedded AI technologies and AI for Operations toolsets.
Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, nurturing senior relationships and shaping new opportunities for strategic account growth.
Partner with leadership to develop financial models, ROI calculators, and business value assessments for new and existing offerings.
Define and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the practice, including solution ROI, client adoption, and operational efficiency gains.
Establish and govern reference architectures for AIOps, MLOps, cloud‑native AI platforms, and Generative AI solutions.
Build and enforce best practices for the machine learning lifecycle (MLOps), including data pipelines, model training, CI/CD, deployment, and governance.
Champion responsible AI governance, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant deployment of solutions.
Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and rapid prototyping of new solutions.
Implement robust monitoring systems to ensure the performance, reliability, and stability of deployed AI/ML models.
Recruit, lead, and mentor AI engineers, MLOps specialists, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Partner with other capability leads to embed AI capabilities and integrate security into all solutions.
Act as the primary internal and external evangelist for the practice’s AI capabilities, communicating value to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
10+ years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership focused on AI, ML, or Data Science.
Proven track record of building and shipping AI/ML products or services from concept to production.
Deep technical expertise in AIOps, MLOps, and cloud‑native AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience designing and executing GTM strategies for new technology services.
Ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships and drive account expansion.
Experience building and leading high‑performing technical teams.
Strong client‑facing and communication skills; strategic advisor to C‑level executives.
Strong business acumen, including pricing models, ROI justifications, and measuring business value of technology solutions.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation architectures.
Proficiency with data science and ML tools (Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow).
Expertise in major ITSM platforms and deep understanding of ITIL processes.
Familiarity with modern Observability and monitoring platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk).
Experience with IT automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform) for closed‑loop remediation.
Experience with conversational AI, intelligent automation, or agentic AI platforms to automate ITSM and business processes.
Experience with FinOps principles and cloud financial management, including cost optimization of AI toolsets.
Understanding of SecOps and integration of AIOps with SIEM/SOAR platforms for threat analysis.
Experience building and productizing reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators for consulting or services organizations.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with a track record of developing service offerings and supporting presales.
Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
