Responsibilities
Supervise, train and motivate team members to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns.
Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain reliable transportation.
