The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma At least one year in medical office setting (answering phones, maintaining charts, filing, exposure to medical terminology) Preferred:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Successful completion of all required orientation programs Scheduling Requirements
Per Diem/Day/Flexible with schedule Essential Functions
Answers calls promptly, with accurate messages taken Manages front office schedule, according to staffing and resources Coordinates patient throughput and ensures daily schedule is followed Assists with organization of patient charts and in the duplication and distribution of test results Maintains the physical environment of the area and performs other office duties as assigned Other Duties
