Senior Program Manager (Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager) for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex programs to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.
Implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Provide leadership and guidance to achieve program objectives.
Utilize Agile and 6 Sigma methodologies to drive robust and sustainable process improvements.
Support PIT focals in process improvements including JIRA scrum, 6 Sigma methodologies, and ongoing taskforce activities.
You Must Have
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's* degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Processes, Finance and Operations, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing and inventory management) and finance operations (financial planning and analysis, AOP, COGS, P&L, financial reporting and analytics). Must have 4 years of experience with the following: SAP proficiency, Six sigma methodologies, operational performance, data management and analysis, SOX and internal controls.
Approximately 30% of travel is required.
Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
