Nurse Practitioner

to join our growing

Primary Care team . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Full‑time position in an outpatient primary care clinic

See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits

Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff

Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care

40 hour/week schedule with minimal call responsibility

Qualifications Ukrainian & Spanish proficiency preferred

Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois

Board‑certified in Family Medicine, Adult‑Gerontology, or related field

Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care

Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
