The Role As our Assistant General Manager, you will be a key pillar of leadership on the floor — supporting Paola in running daily operations smoothly and upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and consistency.
You’ll help cultivate an environment where every detail matters: the ambience, the flow of service, the energy of the team, and the warmth shared with every guest. Your passion for hospitality, love for people, and natural ability to connect will be fundamental to our culture.

Experience
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within a high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
