The Chicago White Sox are seeking a Major League Analyst to support our ML coaching staff with data-driven insights for game strategy and player development. You'll translate data into actionable recommendations that directly impact Major League decisions and development. Conduct player development analysis and prepare dugout materials for in-game use 2-3 years in baseball analytics or a related field ~ Experience with baseball data & tech (Trackman, Edgertronic, TruMedia, PitchCom) ~ Strong proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python with experience building web applications ~ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field Professional or collegiate baseball operations experience Playing background, ability to support on-field work (BP throwing, hitting fungos, etc.) Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel Spring Training travel and all road trips throughout the major league season.
