Administrative HR Assistant – Full-Time | $22/hr (DOE)
Location: On-site Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Salary: Starting at $22.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative HR Assistant with experience in the Manufacturing Industry to support the Executive Vice President across human resources, compliance, sales, marketing, and administrative operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in HR functions, document management, and communication.
This is an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR and company records, including scanning, filing, and document uploads for audits (401k, year-end, compliance).
- Complete customer and vendor onboarding paperwork and record requests.
- Assist with insurance and benefits renewal documentation.
- Update and organize personnel files (digital and paper).
- Coordinate monthly mailings and assist with planning and organizing company events and employee awards.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including campaign lists and materials.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation such as OSHA logs, training records, REACH/RoHS, EEO-1 reports, and Conflict Minerals documentation.
- Track and manage insurance certificates and customer compliance portal data.
- Work across multiple projects with strong attention to deadlines and detail.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience , office management, or corporate support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Experience with CorelDRAW or similar graphics/drawing software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
- Sales or marketing support background is a plus.
