Customer Event Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for Newington Frontier Communications customers at events, offering courteous and efficient customer service and sales support.
- Address Frontier Communications customer issues at events with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist Frontier Communications customers at events with their service, offering accurate information and helping them choose products and services.
- Efficiently and accurately process Frontier Communications customer requests and transactions at events according to Ignited Principles, Inc.'s policies for timely resolution.
