Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
- Oversee treasury-related transactional accounting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash flows and financial data.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting within treasury operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cash management and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the Controller to align treasury activities with broader financial strategies and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills. xrczosw
