Youll join Miters leadership team to build Miters financial foundation from forecasting and systems to board reporting and fundraising readiness. Own Miters financial model end-to-end forecast revenue, headcount, and burn with clarity and speed.
Lead monthly reporting and board prep: track KPIs, cash, and ARR with rigor.
Build scalable systems across accounting, billing, and reporting from QuickBooks to the next layer.
Support future fundraising and strategic finance efforts as Miter continues to grow.
2+ years in banking, consulting, private equity, or venture capital, and 38+ years in a highgrowth startup owning forecasts, systems, and core finance operations.
