Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a General Manager for the Polish Airlines Lounge at O'hare International Airport in Chicago, IL. This premium lounge provides a dedicated space for elite passengers to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy food from the buffet or beverages from the full-service bar. Oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships. manage daily service operations. Ensure Sodexo standards, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs. Maintain responsibility for Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal management of the lounge as a standalone business. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience: 5 years. Experience in a UNION environment preferred.
