- Oversee all daily activities across production lines, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety targets are met.
- Direct setup and adjustment of production machinery; ensure job specifications and production schedules are clearly communicated.
- Identify and implement improvements in equipment performance, workflow, and process efficiency.
- Monitor and train team members in ERP and OEE systems to improve operational visibility and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain SOPs for production lines to minimize downtime and ensure consistency.
- Partner closely with Scheduling, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support initiatives that enhance throughput, reduce waste, and optimize material flow across departments.
- Model and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all employees use required PPE and follow established protocols.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and collaborate with Safety and Production Managers to mitigate risks and maintain an injury-free workplace.
- Lead with a servant leadership mindset — supporting, developing, and motivating your team to achieve production goals.
- Address performance and attendance issues promptly and constructively.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where accountability, communication, and problem-solving thrive.
- Support company initiatives and special projects as assigned.

- 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/PeopleSoft preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable performance gains.
- Solid understanding of production metrics, safety practices, and team leadership principles.
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
