What Will I Be Doing as a Junior Sales Associate?

• Engage in-person with the public at events across Nashville, sharing powerful stories and building awareness for youth-focused charities.
• Clearly and passionately communicate each partner charity’s mission, impact, and urgent needs.
• Listen attentively to questions and provide accurate, empathetic responses to foster deeper understanding.
• Handle difficult interactions with calm professionalism, guiding conversations to positive outcomes when challenges arise.
• Assist supporters with the donation process and ensure a smooth, respectful, and inspiring experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, inquiries, and donations using internal tracking tools.
• Distribute brochures and marketing materials while sparking meaningful conversations about the cause.
• Gather feedback from community members to continuously improve event effectiveness and public engagement.
