We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the people strategy for the Marketing, IT and Global Business Operations groups, around 400 employees, globally. This leadership role will focus on organization design, resource planning, talent development, employee engagement and leadership coaching to drive performance and foster organizational maturity. Strategic Leadership: Lead the people agenda and drive the execution of HR initiatives within Marketing, Information Security and Global Business Operations to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless execution. Strengthen leadership capabilities by coaching senior leaders and providing leadership development opportunities at all levels. Team Leadership: Manage a small team of HRBPs, across global regions, driving the delivery of the people strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience and aligning organizational culture with strategic goals. Lead team-building activities and promote a strong, unified culture. Change Management: Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational change initiatives that align with business objectives, identifying potential risks and developing strategies for successful adoption. Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead and oversee key HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, compensation, performance management, and leadership development. Manage resource planning, career development pathways, level pyramids, hiring planning, and more. Data-Driven Insights: Use HR analytics to identify trends in performance, employee satisfaction, retention, and diversity. Proactively offer data-backed solutions to drive business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and programs. Leverage organizational HR tools, systems, and policies for maximum impact. Organizational Health: Provide analysis on the organizations overall health, using data to assess trends in performance, engagement, retention, and diversity, and recommend solutions to improve organizational outcomes. Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global environment, including experience supporting Corporate functions. Proven success in leading HR projects and managing large-scale initiatives. Data-savvy with the ability to analyze trends and use insights to make actionable business recommendations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from planning to execution. A handson, flexible, and selfsufficient approach to HR with the confidence to make decisions independently. Demonstrated agility to work in a global, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and changing business needs. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or other related fields.
