Human Resources Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support across the Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Professional Development functions, nationally across the US.

Description
Scheduling and logistics: Assist with calendars and inboxes for trainings, events, interviews, and review meetings; coordinate end-to-end logistics (collate availability from secretaries, manage recruitment calendars, conference room reservations, catering, and AV support) and serve as liaison with Front of House, IT, and Audio-Visual teams.
Reporting and data management: Maintain dashboards and practice group data; prepare standardized reports for leaders with strong attention to data accuracy, naming conventions, and file organization.
Recruitment operations: Assist with updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets; manage candidate records; draft interview confirmation emails and invites; draft candidate materials (schedules, briefing summaries, bios, offer letters, etc.) and distribute interview feedback; support lateral and law student recruitment and maintain accurate recruitment databases and files.
Search firm relations and vendor coordination: Help oversee agreements, invoices, and payments in coordination with Accounts Payable.
On boarding and new hire documentation: Support recruitment teams as needed with on boarding and new hire
paperwork logistics.
Employee relations and performance processes: Monitor feedback systems; help to facilitate review cycles; coordinate feedback collection and formatting, prepare and, track supplemental materials, and compile final review packets.
Administrative support: Submit invoices and expenses for the HR team as needed; assist
with special projects and assist team with recruitment and onboarding documents and templates.
Professional Development support: Assist Professional Development team with scheduling logistics for coaching, training and mentoring programs.
Profile
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of relevant experience; preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
Collaborative, resilient, high energy team player with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong judgment and the ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel), and Adobe.
Flexibility to work overtime as necessary

Hybrid 4 days on site (Fridays work from home)
Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
