Overview:
A growing, multi-site organization is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to lead financial operations across several locations. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Columbus, OH, offering the opportunity to guide a team while actively contributing to daily, monthly, and annual accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor accountants across multiple sites
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Manage cash flow and prepare regional cash forecasts
- Consolidate site budgets and lead the annual planning process
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of transferable and related accounting experience, preferable in a multi-site environment
- Strong xrczosw expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
Preferred Experience:
- ERP system experience
- Background in the automotive, dealership, or similar industries
