Compensation: $100,000-$150,000
Location: Stamford, CT - hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly closing with offshore accounting team, review and post accrual entries in compliance with IFRS principles. Provide guidance and assistance throughout the closing process.
- Assist in preparation of consolidated management reporting package.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger balances.
- Maintain proper financial records.
- Record and track management fees and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and year-end audits, providing required documentation and detailed information.
- Develop and maintain internal financial reporting processes, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.
- Mentor junior analyst and provide technical accounting guidance as needed.
- Be proactive in improving workflow, processes, policies, account analyses, and distribution of relevant information.
- Assist with implementation of new systems and processes.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries; assist with special projects as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in trading companies or investment banks.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS principles and standards. xrczosw
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE).
