Salary Range: $120,000 - 140,000 (+ discretionary bonus)
About the Company and Accounting Manager Role:
- Telecommunication company that is growing rapidly and expanding across LATAM
- Sole contributor role for an exciting new fiber optics division
- Company is stable and has been in business for 15 years

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Lead variance analysis
- Coordinate for annual audits
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and closing cycles
- Post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
- Budgeting and forecasting xrczosw
- Utilize MS Dynamics
Requirements of the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business
- Must have experience at an international company with IFRS
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- MBA/CPA is a plus+
