Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate annual audits
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support budgeting xrczosw and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members to promote professional growth and performance excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a hands-on management approach
