Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting team and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and monthly close.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide leadership and support business objectives.
- Enhance and streamline accounting processes, implement cost accounting strategies, and manage project cost tracking.
- Oversee audits, tax compliance, and the development of consistent accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review financial statements and support R&D/project reporting initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA required .
- 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with proven team leadership. xrczosw
- Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational efficiencies within manufacturing/distribution environments.
