- Manage employment litigation matters from initial assessment through final resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, negotiate settlements, and support trial preparation
- Provide practical guidance to clients on employment policies, workplace concerns, risk reduction, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Research and analyze legal issues, maintain consistent communication with clients, and deliver clear case updates
- Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admission required
- Minimum four years of experience in employment litigation. Experience with commercial disputes or professional liability is helpful
- Strong writing, advocacy, and client-facing communication skills required
