We are seeking a Client Experience Representative who will be responsible for end-to-end client support. The client base that is serviced consists of beginner, novice and sophisticated traders that require a unique level of support. The position will be responsible for client education, client support, platform troubleshooting, and product support. The candidate will be expected to work as a liaison to Sales, Operations and other departments to ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in a timely fashion.
This is an on-site position in our Chicago office at 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1650, Chicago, IL 60606.
Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Account maintenance (historical transaction inquiries, review of commissions, update of account parameters, review of incoming and outgoing financial transactions, etc.)
Software support
Ability to learn multiple trading platforms in order to handle technical questions in regard to trading as well as software support
Familiar with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
Bachelor’s degree required
Able to work in a customer focused environment that is fast paced and challenging

Pay Range (US) $60-65K (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
