We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to provide comprehensive support to litigators in our Mobile office. Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Well-organized and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regular and predictable in-office attendance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
