Role Name: Network Lead - Routing, Switching Location: Fort Mill, SC, USA Visa Type: Only visas accepted are H1B, USC, and Green Card holders (GC). Job Responsibilities: Provide 24/7/365 support from Network Operations Center. Support network-related activities for applications and network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP. Maintain LAN and WLAN infrastructure, including data center LAN. Plan and execute network platform upgrades and changes. Perform patching on network appliances, OS, and firmware upgrades. Support network services, hardware, and circuits. Analyze network performance, capacity, and health; suggest improvements. Identify and resolve network problems following break-fix, Incident Management, and Problem Management procedures. Review and recommend enhancements to the current network infrastructure strategy. Coordinate support from third-party resolver groups for network infrastructure. Manage and document network design, architecture, parameters, and settings. Administer LAN, WAN, load balancers, WAP/WLC, WAN accelerators, and SD-WAN support. Experience with Cisco routers and switches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
